Absolutely the Worst service we have had from any retail store. Our refrigerator was only working intermittently. We ordered and paid for a refrigerator on June 23rd. We were told it would be delivered to the store in two weeks and delivered to our home on July 15th, We have repeatedly called the store starting on July 1st asking to have our phone calls returned. My fiance has visited the store over 3 times, asked for a manager and has been hung up on multiple times. We are without a fridge and were promised delivery 11/27. The delivery team never showed up and WE are the ones who have to keep rescheduling. I've missed two days of work WAITING on them because they promised delivery 11/27 and 11/29. Then they promised delivery 11/30. Every time my fiance contacts them, it's "oh we promise on this day" and nothing.
