Where do I start? I visit this Lowes several times a week. Management is lazy and it reflects in the employees working in the store. Other customers have been more helpful on a given day. It is a very”I don’t want to be here” work environment. Today I took my last step inside their door! Cashier said Princeton Lowes was worse...I would have to say not by a long shot.
I love this store. They Brads wife and she is doing great now.
They are the worst in service. Had a washing machine delivered and had my furnace panels off setting beside the washer. Took washer away and also my panels. Called several times and talked to Randy Honaker. Oh I get right on that and call u back. Never did. Called back was told it was handed off to someone else, going to CK and call back. Never did! Saturday, typically a busy day at any Lowe's Home Improvement store. Mid day, one register open. Garden department un-staffed and essentially closed. No shortage of customers, big shortage of store employees. No wonder people prefer shopping the internet! Better prices than brick & mortar stores AND better service. If I have to wait for my purchase, I'd rather do it at home. Poor management and poor customer service has destroyed some big stores, is Lowe's next? Can't wait to have an Orange Box store in the area!
They Do NOT hire people who has any knowledge of what they sale. It is a Requirement that you DO NOT have ANY knowledge of anything they Sell. I know that for sure because I applied there once and they didn't want to even talk to me. I have knowledge and experience in everything they sale. Plus I have never been in the store that a employee could help me with anything.
