Bo Stephenson needs to lose his management position at this Lowe's in bluefield va. . I just had David from Lowe's come to my house and give me a 3500.00 est for a privacy fence but I will be getting other est. For the fact the way your manager (Bo Stephenson)runs his store. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and make 2 keys and then wait another 30 minutes in line to pay for them. 1 register open and 25 lowes employees walking around doing everything but helping customers. Bad management very bad management�
