Usually don't need help when I go there but when I do majority of the people know what they are talking about. Paint department is good also.
plants from the lowe's seasonal department came home with me infested with spider mites (should've looked them over more carefully before buying!) and now all my plants need treating. :/
the key machine spit out several keys that did not work. lowe's wouldn't do anything about it. customer service here is awful 99% of the time. stay away!!!
