Customer service was nice!! Only one associate misdirected us but overall it was a nice experience.
the lowes i visited was very accommodating, i wanted to see the bbq grills in person and was informed by lowes employees where i could find thier section, i thought it would be awkward because 99% of the people who shop there are white causations & being that im a American born African American man, well sometimes its not as welcoming as my visit to lowes was, the selection was perfect at least 25 grills to choose from, i also made purchases i didn't intend to because of the great pricing and brands on hand, parking was perf... read more
During this time of a pandemic how can Lowes’ management claim they care about their customers when corporate policy is NOT to enforce wearing of masks in their stores. That is enough to make me a former customer.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I needed to cancel an order (and subsequently re-order) an item. However, the on-line response was due to "system error," the item could not be cancelled. The message referred me to "customer service" phone line, but when I called all I got was a recorded message saying they were closed, even though I called during operational hours.
