Lowes of Killeen What has happened to customer service in the Lowes of Killeen? When they first opened the store the employees there were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable people. Now it seems like the only voting age adult you'll talk to is the receptionist that answers the phone (normally female) that doesn't know the difference between a nail and a garden spike, and forget about anybody in the store being able to help you find what you need. A different perspective on Lowe's. I just had to write here to settle some things about what the below people have said. Now, I have never been to Lowe's of Killeen, but as a employee of Lowe's of North Seattle, I know I can speak with some certainty. Marty C, high school age kids can NOT work at Lowe's. The minimum age to work at Lowe's is 18, and I can guarantee, no one working the sales floor will be that young. HARDWARE If you need good customer service at Lowe's in Killeen, find me (Will), in the hardware department I'll be glad to make sure your next visit is a more enjoyable one.
customer dis-service Total lack of consideration for the customer at this store. Purchased and item with a gift card (20$) and credit card (68.91$). I realized it was defective in the parking lot. Went to exchange it and it was the one left. I asked for my money back, they would only refund it as a store credit (the entire 90$). The project was postponed till the next pay day. Home depot from now on.

Worst Store Ever Worst Company as well. I ordered 9 pieces of sheet rock and 1 piece of plywood (which took over 45 minutes they were short handed on a sunday as usual. Delivery was $49.00 ( I found this out after waiting over 25 minutes for someone at the pro desk who never did answer) and I was willing to pay it even though it was $45.00 less for the same delivery and materials at McCoys because I was told they would bring the materials in my house and being a woman I couldn't handle carrying all of it by myself. No managers EVER! Line wraps around. Managers sleep in the back. Employees hide. They actually walk away from customers. Who is in charge? No one!
The worker at the location Still can’t seem to get it right. Ordered my door to be installed Danica April 8,2021 and not it’s may 25 and they tried to send installers to to my house with damaged doors Twice. I made countless visits to the store to resolved the issue, only to be told sorry forgot the 100th time. They told me it will Be resolved.
