My husband & I ordered a washer & dryer from Lowe’s in Hartselle and we were thrilled with the Delivery service we got from the Daley twins! So nice & respectful…on time and done a perfect job! People are always so eager to tell you when someone does wrong and we need to be sharing the good experiences too. Loved these guys and I would give them a 10 star if I could! Please reward them for being great employees! The Burnham’s from Hartselle!
They take more than a week to unload you. I dropped a trailer and my company had another trailer sent a week prior than mine and still hadn’t been unloaded. They shouldn’t take more than a hour to unload. I am assuming they do it on purpose to unload slowly. Another driver that was there before me had 4 hrs waiting while they were getting unloaded. One of the worst processes for a live load. Security gate acts as another check-in. They want an extra copy of the bol for idk what reason. Worst part is they give you a spot to drop a trailer so the yard dog can take it and put it into a door, and then same process at the end. Yard dog takes it into another spot and it's all very slow for literally having low number of trucks and trailers being loaded. 1 star until this process is streamlined better .
