Got here around 1130 to pick up was told it wouldnt be ready until 1700 I wait get my paperwork and the paperwork says it was ready at 1118. Waited around all day for nothing.

Mia was great. I had a drop and hook here and had a problem she solved it and less than 5min. It was a Saturday also you know how hard it is to reach some on on Saturday’s. Thanks again Mia( hope I’m spelling you name right)
Slow. Will only receive on the day of appt only. Crazy yard jockey. They fly around the property greater than 15 mph. When I was hooking my trailer, one yard jockey cut thru the spot next to me and almost hit it, .. well he would have if I didn't squeeze next to the trailer. Totally unacceptable!!!
I like the place, it's just any other warehouse the guards and the office people are nice but i had to learn they new rules so for the new people coming there: they are not 24/7. They close from 1am-5am. Drop appointments and Live appointments only. Yes I know it sounds crazy but you to have a appointments to drop your load.
