The person who arrived to provide the service came without all the necessary equipment. My husband had to get a ladder for the worker so he could even begin the job, which I found unbelievable. Tech Jose Jiron was awesome. He cleaned my ducts explained the process , very professional. Very good tech! I am satisfied with their services!
Today's cleaning was great. Definetly recommend this for anyone our there that needs a cleaning. My tech Stefan was flexible with the time he could come and clean. Explained everything and showed me what I needed to do to help maintain the cleanliness of the Ac ducts. Was in and out within 2 hours. Cleaned dryer vents as well. Thanks Lowe's!
