I had my ducts cleaned today. I would like to say that the tech Juan Ortiz was very polite and knew his job very well. Individual also took time to explain what he was going to do. I would proudly recommend Juan Ortiz others who need duct cleaning.
I came home after Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning came and cleaned my air ducts and there was dust and debris covering my basement floor. There was obviously no clean up afterwards or they did not seal some of the ducts properly to allow for proper pressure. There was lint balls over the basement registers and some stuck to the floor joists by the registers. I was glad they reached out right away and gave me a full refund for the service but I would not recommend!

Very Happy with the service. Jose was amazing and very professional. He explained everything before we started. Once he got started, I barely had to move until he was done. Will hire again for sure. Highly recommended.
