OMG! Just had my dryer vent cleaned and if it wasn't for Covid, I would have hugged Juan. It was blocked to the point of not being able to use it and the duct work was in a difficult location. I was never so happy to pay for a repair. Juan - AAA+++
Our service window was 4-6pm. I had an email telling me exactly who was coming. They were there before 4 and apologized for being early. Jose was super professional, friendly and neat. He came in surveyed where he needed to be and 1.5 hours later he and his partner were done. You’d never know they were in my house. I’ve already recommended them to two friends.
Lowe's kept in touch with me by email to remind me of the appt., what the technician's name was, and the service window for his arrival was just two hours instead of half a day. Belman, our tech, called me with a 30-minute ETA and he was spot on. He asked the right questions, took a look at all my HVAC equipment then explained everything that needed to be done before he did it. I appreciated that. He was thorough.
