The first issue I noticed even while the man was working in my house was that he did not do a good job of capturing all the flying debris that was coming out of the vent. I would’ve thought there should’ve been some sort of canopy around where he was working so that the dust wouldn’t fly throughout my house. Next, the little tool that he used to go down my vents, was like a spinning octopus and it left blue marks all over every one of my walls. Bruno did an out standing job in a challenging location. My dryer vent is located 10 feet above the access point, and the access is very narrow. He approached the situation with good humor and got the job done. A lot of lint was cleared out of the vent!
