Don't even think about calling them! The manager, Phillip, was so rude on the phone. He was trying to force me to accept their repair fee, before the repair was done. I told them I was going to call someone else. Absolutely zero customer service! They use a low service fee to "bait" you, and then they multiply everything by 10. Absolutely ridiculous. Wish I had been informed. First, the quality of work done by the work crew was outstanding and they were very courteous and took care of things fantastically.

Lowery I called Lowery plumbing to check out my a/c. They were over 2 hours late and they overcharged my about $150.00. Their man was here only a few minutes and determined I needed a fan control board. He returned in 15 minutes with the part. I checked locally to determine the cost of the part. I found it at retail to be about 100.00. Lowery charged me 369.00 for the entire bill. Air conditioning service company I had my air conditioner for my house go out during the hottest time of the summer. I called Lowry air conditioning and they came right out and fixed the problem. They didn't charge me that much either. You can't ask for much more than that. I think I'll have them do a check on my system every spring before the hot weather sets in just to make sure I don't have to go a day withot air.
