Our grandbaby was sick for the 1st time since she was born 10.5 months ago. The doctors and staff were amazing. Our little girl is doing great and best of all no sitting in pediatrician's office for an hour or longer just to get in a room. We were in and out in no time. Best experience ever!
Highly recommend using this facility for immediate care. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The wait time was minimal. They even called to check on my son to make sure he was doing well. Great place!
Took my youngest today and the staff and doctor were awesome...thank you so much! Hopefully she will be feeling better soon...
We cannot thank Immediate Care for the excellence in Action from the staff early morning July 9th. I had my spouse Dennice there right at opening for them The staff were very attentive and caring. Meagan was instrumental in a good diagnosis, although not having all the equipment actually needed. Dennice did end up going to and be admitted to PRMC with an extremely rare case called Bacterial Epiglottitus, very seldom seen in adults. Dr. Byrd and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly even called days after my visit to check up on me.
