After such great service from Lower last year on our a/c unit, I thought I'd try them again on a water heater that had gone out and needed to be replaced. After some discussion, they recommended that I upgrade to a 50 gal tank in my home versus the 40 gal tank we had. They asked questions about the size of my home and family and then gave us a great price to do the upgrade. I have to say we are thrilled. Had a condenser fan motor and capacitor replaced. 1 hour 15 minutes, very good timing. Sent out another technician when my original one got behind. Great customer service and very polite staff. I would tell anyone needing HVAC work to use Lowers. Thanks again.
