Absolutely shocking . At my weakest and most vulnerable. To be treated as poorly and as disrespected by two older woman playing "Mean Girls", in their triage position in such an organisation makes the mind boggle. Then to follow up with crappy interactions with ongoing counsellors is disgraceful. I'm glad not only me and my family have seen these behavoiurs, but other peer group organisations have now.
