I'm a former resident, and lived there for 4 years. They used to be a pretty good company, but they stopped showing up to the office and only let you speak to an AI assistant. Because nobody is ever in the office unless they're there for a specific appointment, there's no way to speak to a person. The AI is incredibly frustrating to speak to and isn't capable of answering any questions. I'd recommend living literally anywhere else.
