Our team has been working with Jessica (the Senior Property Manager) for years now, and we have never had a negative experience with anyone at Lower Burnside Lofts! From the management team, maintenance team, and even the tenants; everyone has been extremely kind and accommodating to our Window Cleaning technicians. We routinely clean the windows at Lower Burnside Lofts, so rest assured knowing this building is incredibly well maintained—and your views will always look great!
This is such an amazing apartment building, great view of the city and new appliances. But the worst property management I have ever dealt with, to clarify the folks who work at the building like the manager and maintenance people are very amazing and sweet but the Berkshire property management is filled with unreasonable and non-empathetic people. Good price good people
I recently moved into this apartment complex and the reason why was; 1- The apartment has a west facing view over downtown —I get to watch sunsets over the Portland skyline every night is 🤩 2- Rooftop w/ heated & covered seating and a fully equipped BBQ 3- Lexi, the leasing/management person is a GEM!
