This was the first apartment I leased on my own, and I sure lucked out. For reference, I lived on the second floor facing the internal courtyard. The building is in a solid location, is sturdily built, well sound-proofed, has gorgeous appliances/facilities, and is deeply functional. Absolutely awful experience with this place. I scheduled an in-person tour with a leasing agent. I got to the leasing office, no one inside. The door is locked so I waited on the street for the agent to arrive. No one showed or answered my calls to the office, so I did the "self-guided" tour option from their website. The app barely worked. I didn't even get to see an apartment because that part of the app wasn't functioning. The whole time I was in the building I did not see the "leasing agent". I have lived here for four years and have become increasingly disappointed in this property and the way it has been managed. My rent has gone up while the quality of service has dropped substantially. It appears the private equity firm that owns this building has been making increasing efforts over the years to cut costs at the expense of residents.
