If I could give 0 stars I would. I put in an inquiry yesterday and was called back today by I guess what would be their consultant. She was very rude to me....told me I didn't have a case without hearing all the details. I was very polite to her and told her thank you for calling me and she hung up on me before I could say anything else. She was obviously having a bad day and maybe taking it out on everyone else. To date Ed Grant and Jackie have been awesome and so caring. My case is still on going but I have full confidence in them. I will update future experience as my progresses and hopefully resolved real soon.
