Son was sick for two months and seen by old dr. Basically was told nothing more to be done, was allergies. He couldn’t sleep well at night was horrible. I’m mad I waited so long to switch him to Dr.O...he fixed the issue that day. Son has slept peacefully since. I highly advise anyone with a child to go to Dr.O. He’s great with kids and very helpful and smart..

3 years ago we started going to Mercy and got lucky to have Dr. O as my kids pediatrician! My kids love them so much that my son who is 6 back then called him- Dr. O-some! Every year they are excited for their annual physical, sometimes they are pretending to be sick to see him. Of Course I told them You don't have to be sick to see Dr. O-some! He is so patient even 2 of my kids are both in the exam room. He knows how to deal with kids well, very nice person! We all love him! ❤️
I took my grandson in for a high temperature. They refused to see him because his mother was not present. Even though I had signed a permission letter and I am in the Cox computer system as an eligible adult, they sent away a tot with a 102 temp and white tongue. Refusing to even check his temperature as a courtesy. Literally, I could have gotten more sympathy and advice from a random stranger on the street than the receptionist. Disgusting.
