waited an hour and half and people who came in after my daughter got seen before her. Urgent care isnt like the ER where they triage on severity (and I say that even when my 6 year-old was throwing up while there) Urgent care is a first come first serve. im a nurse of 15 years having experience in both ER and Urgent care and ive never seen anything like this.
Waited 3 hours to get seen and never got see. Worst experience ever

It'd be swell if they as company decided to have some humanity and realise that serving people who are on medicaid will not bankrupt them.
It's one of the best clinics for a pain specialist. They don't just let anyone have medication. I glad they do drug test.
