Some of these homes are on a 0.8 acre lots in the perfect West Broward location off Flamingo Road, just north of 595. The newer homes being built now come with a pool and somewhere between 5000 and 6000 ft.² under Air Conditioning with three car garages. Most importantly, with any new home of this magnitude, attention to client delight in after market service is #1 in my book. Lowell excels in standing behind their deliverables where many other home builders fall short.
