As of yesterday, 4/27/26, this entire property has been semi-permanently closed with large concrete bollards blocking all vehicular access and the trails are all signed as closed. Restroom are locked and the ramp is still completely clogged with flood debris.

Dear reviewer, may I introduce you to the concept of a tide? Maybe go ahead and check that chart out before backing in your boat. Actually a nice ramp. The current porta potty is a big improvement over the old 'toilet' and that is not a joke.
Pretty average boat ramp. Parking isn't directly attached to the ramp, which is odd but manageable. When I visited, the vault toilets were closed and a porta-potty was set in front of them. The sign says to pay to launch, but it looks like the pay box is broken and covered in plastic. Definitely not the worst boat launch I've seen, but far from the worst. I'd also be concerned about my vehicles being parked here for any length of time due to the proximity to Everett and the number of homeless people
