Shay has been an incredible case manager! She keeps me updated on all aspects of my case and quickly answers all my questions. I have also been very impressed by the amount of compassion that Shay has shown me. She checks in every couple of days to ensure I am doing okay. Do NOT hire this firm!!! They are not professional, honest or responsive and you will get bills later they said they paid and they will charge closer to 50% with unexplained fees, ridiculous jargon and broken promises. Their 'average' settlement amount is either only if you are a man or a complete joke!!! If you have an issue you are on your own and have to figure it out without their help. They will screw you over with a smile!
