Improvement needed Unfortunately, I didn't feel like this difficult process was made easier with Lowe. I had several negative experiences throughout the planning process and service. First off, our director had an arrogant attitude whenever I contacted him in regards to funeral documents and flowers (as if it was a bother to him). Second, the visitation times were incorrectly communicated (I had 3 seperate peeple call to tell me they missed the visitation because of this). My husband was a pastor here in Burlington for over 34 years. He thought the world of Jim and so many others that worked there. Danny went to be with the Lord January 13th, 2013 and Lowe and everyone there was so kind and caring! As a widow I recommend that you go to Lowe and preplan everything as we did.
