Improvement needed Unfortunately, I didn't feel like this difficult process was made easier with Lowe. I had several negative experiences throughout the planning process and service. First off, our director had an arrogant attitude whenever I contacted him in regards to funeral documents and flowers (as if it was a bother to him). Second, the visitation times were incorrectly communicated (I had 3 seperate peeple call to tell me they missed the visitation because of this).
