Beware! Doctor will refuse to see you unless you give your social security number. You are not informed of this when you make an appointment, but only after you get to the office after waiting weeks to get in to see her. Her staff is not the friendliest either. Best just to find another dermatologist.

I will never recommend Dr. Lowe for any services EVER! The office staff just called the police on my wife just for not giving my Social Security Number (Never in the past was it required!) The HR depart for my company says it is not required for any drs office!! This office staff is insane and we are sorry dr Lowe does not see this!! The BBB will get a call on this one. The police officer even sided with my wife saying that a SS# is protected private information that was not necessary.

I don't know where those awful reviews are coming from, but I've gone to Dr. Lowe for over 5 years and she's one of the most amazing, caring doctors I've ever been too. The first visit I had was the year my husband had prostate cancer and every appt after that one, she asked me how my husband was doing and talked to me about it in length. That meant she made notes in my file in order to get to know me better. That, in my opinion, is the kind of doctor you want. I recommend her to everybody!

Dr. Lowe is exceptional! She is truly one of the best doctors I've met. I have a history of skin cancer & recently discovered a very black, irregular, new mole so called to make an appointment which I was always told to do in the event I have changes. I was told it would be 6 months until I could be seen. When I said I didn't want to wait 6 months due to these changes I was told to go to Saints as they could see me sooner. While Dr Lowe is an amazing physician and I've gone to her for years, I am now forced to change doctors... read more

I have suffered from Psoriasis my whole life. This is the first time in my life I have felt normal. The staff fought my insurance to get me everything they could! She understands I am not a millionaire and makes sure everything is affordable.
