Cliff and the entire office staff were terrific. We had a great time renting “Lucy” for our event.
From the start I should have known that there was something suspicious going on with Low Country Valet. On their website there is a tab of "Charter Buses" and the photos are beautiful, new, clean, black buses. When I asked for updated photos of the charter buses to confirm they are in great condition upon arrival, I was sent the photos with the blue seats (these photos are now on their website, but was not at the time that I booked in June 2020). These guys are the best! I referred them to my best friend, who I was the best man for. They had to reschedule their date due to Covid as well, but received multiple emails in advance allowing them to make the change within a more than fair enough time frame. Would recommend them to all. They made their day such a fun experience and an absolute blast for us all! Thanks so much!

My wife and I are going through the same experience Russ described below. This company and the people that work there should be ASHAMED for trying to take advantage of brides during a Pandemic. Our wedding was originally going to be March 21st... That obviously didn't happen since the city ordinance banned gatherings of over 10 people. We paid in full ($550) weeks before the wedding was supposed to happen in March. Mr. Chunke was given the opportunity to move his service date, without penalty, from March21st to June 21st. Then again from June 21st to Nov 8th. In June, we sent out multiple notices to clients allowing them a final 3 week period to cancel or move their service due to COVID penalty free and Mr. Chunke did not take advantage of this period when he decided to move his service date once again to May 16th 2021. It's sad people are being required to pay a 35% rescheduling fee because of covid. And, that's on top of the paid if full amount. These covid brides are devastated enough having to cancel the most important day of their lives...and then have to deal with such high added fees to change the date. I can understand a fee, but 35% is extremely high and unacceptable. I have found no company charging such a high percentage to reschedule. You need to reconsider this high fee as to not lose more customers. What a shame!
Definitely would not recommend. As my SIL posted below. Our family’s destination wedding was not able to happen on March 21. Now that we are able to reschedule a wedding celebration in 2021, Lowcountry Valet wants to impose a 35% rescheduling fee, on top of the already Paid In Full contract of $550. We understand that we are not the only ones suffering, that these wedding vendors are also suffering and we are willing pay a reasonable rescheduling fee. If I could give 0 stars I would. We recently had to move our wedding due to the Coronavirus pandemic and this company had the audacity to ask us for another $365 to move our previously scheduled reservation. Every other vendor we've worked with has been completely understanding of what we're going through yet somehow Lowcountry Valet doesn't seem to be on the same page.
