I had an appointment the other day for a laser procedure. Upon arrival I was told that the procedure was 12 times the amount I had paid in the past. Yes 12 times! I drove 70 miles thinking that I was going to pay what I had in the previous visits, which was only 6 months prior. No one had bothered to call me before my visit to let me know of the exorbitant increase. Nor was there anyone there that was willing to make any adjustments to the current price.
