The team (Asst Manager Gwen) went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a quick turnaround, ensuring I received my new glasses before my upcoming trip. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I will happily return to this location for all my future eyewear needs and highly recommend them to others.

Lens crafters ladies up front were nice and helpful. We scheduled an eye exam online on lenscrafters's website. We provided our insurance information on the website. They called to confirm the appt and again they asked for our insurance information. All seemed good to go. We go in for the appt and they inform us that the doctor is not affiliated with lenscrafters and does not accept our insurance.
