I love this place! I love this staff!
terrible customer service. Walked in and explained I wanted to use my new vision benefits with Eyemed. After stating that, the sales associate facial expressions changed immediately. She showed little to no regard in wanting to help. Later I assume the manager walked out and explained things better but both were pretty stand off ish to say the least. not to mention the entry level sales associate followed me around the store yet didn't ask me once if i needed help.
