I hope I’m reviewing the Mt Pleasant, SC location. After picking up a dog, who appeared to have a broken leg, I took him to VEG to have him scanned for a chip. He didn’t have one. The receptionist scanned him in my car, and asked us to come inside. The vet saw him almost immediately. She let us know that it was not a recent break. She gave him food, water, and a pill to kill the grown up fleas for 36 hours. She gave us food. I would absolutely recommend VEG to everyone with a pet. The staff had the most amazing personalities and demeanor. They took such great care of our miniature Minnie!! She is our first tiny puppy and so small she has a hair scrunchy as a toy. We are used to large dogs. Dr. Ali and Robin put our minds at ease and did everything necessary. Minnie is doing great we truly appreciate the Mount Pleasant team!!

We had never experienced an emergency room like this for our pets. What a pleasant surprise & experience for a stressful event. Being able to be with our dog I think helped her feel less stressed throughout her treatment which I think helped the situation.
Sadly, I had to rush Robert back to VEG just hours after our first visit because he suffered a severe second wave of anaphylactic shock. To say this team is life-saving is an understatement. They immediately admitted him for a 24 hour overnight stay, monitored his shifting vitals minute-by-minute, and completely pulled him out of danger again.While the entire 24-hour staff was incredible, Dr. Beckwith, Dr. Ritchie, Erin and Carolyn were absolute heroes during the day and overnight shifts.
