I’ve been to the other area emergency vet, and this was a completely different experience. From the moment I walked in with my cat, the team sprang into action. Dr. Yates and Ashley (and the rest of the team) were beyond incredible in so many ways. We showed up with our 4 month old puppy who had been bit by a copperhead and as soon as we walked in the door everything was handled with such intelligence, professionalism and genuine compassion. They not only helped our puppy feel so much better and happier but also took time to ease our concerns by answering every question and explaining each step as it happened. Cannot recommend them enough! :)

I unfortunately had to bring my 14 year old cat in and we ended up having to put her down due to the problem. The whole team at VEG was empathetic, kind, and attentive. I appreciate that I was not rushed and was told how the process would work. I appreciate that they send you home with a momento (a paw print) so you do not leave empty handed. Thank you VEG for helping and being so kind during an incredibly difficult moment.

I wanted to take the time to share my story it was the hardest thing I feel as we all know as a pet owner to have to go through and make one of the hardest decisions to have to put our fur babies down and I had to do just that today it was not an easy decision but with the comfort of the VEG ER family this afternoon with their support and walk through process it made it just a little bit more comforting!
