Scheduler was extremely rude. Apparently having a new pulmonary embolism doesn't meet the criteria of urgency. Had to wait 10 weeks for an appointment. The road going to their office was shut down, so I was gonna be 20 minutes late. I was told that I needed to reschedule and she would look for his next available appointment.
