My entire experience at lowcountry was amazing, including the food, but what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. I randomly ended up having dinner here by myself and from the minute I stepped in the door, the host welcomed me and assured me that Andrew at the bar would take care of me and show me the ropes of how a seafood boil worked. I had a great time at low country nice decor awesome service buuuuut I have my complaints. I ordered the kings platter because it looked so amazing on the promo video. It tasted amazing but the focal feature was the whole lobster WHICH I DID NOT GET. That meal was 200+ dollars. I’d like this addressed. I have a picture of the platter before I even touched it just in case. But overall good food and service just make sure you speak up about errors of your food before it’s too late.

We went with a party of 6 after a Cubs game and had a fantastic time. Great service and he did a great job helping us order! We did the mussels and shrimp with potatoes, corn, and sausage. Per or servers suggestion disnthe sauce with everything and a heat of 2- absolutely perfect for all of us! The garlic beignets were amazing especially dipped in the sauce from the platter! We definitely will be back!
This place has to be one of the best kept secrets in the South Loop! Amazing food, great atmosphere and friendly service. The tall “white” guy was awesome!
Aint been yet but i love it already
I had the soft crab, garlic noodles, fries, jalapeño corn bread, and the boil with mussels and sausage (with the EVERYTHING sauce spice level #3). Everything I ate, was amazingly delicious! I took my leftovers home and shared with my son the next day and he loved it. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the items on the menu. Next time I will do a spice level 2-2.5
