I’ve ordered countless parts from Lowbrow and even plan on going to their bike show this summer. They’ve been a great friendly, helpful, and educational company. They provide more than just parts. Their Saturday Sportster episodes are neat. If I ever have a question about products, dimensions, installation…whatever, tech support is there to help. Lowbrow is always my go to when looking for the next piece to my bike.
I love Lowbrow! They have a great variety of parts and products, great customer service, and very generous with their stickers. Not your typical small company that overcharges to make money off you. Super rad company
I always check lowbrow for anything I need for my motorcycle. I even have a few, or 20, tabs open for items I would like to build my next bike. I even put their logo in the paintjob on my sportster. I tell everyone to get their parts and accessories here.
Made a call to Lowbrow Customs when I could not find what I was looking for in their online catalog. The help I received got me the information I needed AND allowed me to save money on shipping by picking up a few maintenance items to get the purchase amount up to the free shipping.
Great company with great prices and fast shipping. Best of the best for motorcycle parts.
I am giving a 3 star review, only because of their shipping. The company carries every rare part I need, and really great customer service (Charlotte). However, being in Canada and paying $40 plus for shipping a bag of $6.00 bolts is not right. On top of that it still took over 7 days to get to me and it's only a 7 hour drive to me in Toronto.
