I have lived here going on 4 months. The building is quiet and comfortable. There is easy access to downtown Minneapolis, the West Metro and even St. Paul. I feel at home here, really I do. I can turn on my AC or Heat at ANY point of year. I control it completely!!! The Property Management company is amazingly responsive and attentive to us and the building. We enjoy living at Lowa46. Love the wide, bright hallways, the party room and our bright and sunny apartment. The staff are on top of things, always friendly, helpful and available.
You have better options in the area, that are more reasonable all around. Some objective problems I personally experienced: - Surrounding building rent is $50-125 per month cheaper (MN46, Shale, Oaks, etc) - Mandatory overpriced internet, $75/month for the lowest-tier internet (you can get 3x the speed for $20-35/month from other providers) - Garage door broken every month or two; can't get your car out of the garage, etc. without reimbursement for the events you missed - Building occasionally smells of substances, uninforce... read more
We’ve lived at Lowa for 5 years and have had a great experience. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage. Having a Cub with a pharmacy is convenient. We use the light rail often. We are walkers and bikers so enjoy the many trails right out our door.
