What a mess! This location has more problems than you could imagine. I never see the same person twice, there about 2 employees that are awesome and the rest need to be fired. I was switched to Self-Inject service recently and it would be great, however their app and system is so screwed up that I get the wrong dosages sent continually and my treatment is severely inconsistent. Do yourself a favor and find another provider until this location gets its act together.
This site is more of a off shoot for a real Low T center. Hours are horrible and I have never seen the same doctor twice. Needless to say I'm switching my center ASAP. It's your time and money so do what you want but,you will see what I mean sooner than later.
Terrible customer service. Beyond clueless. More like a cattle call. Trying to make an appointment was like pulling teeth. Unreal, get your sheets together. Lol
Horrible service! Don't waste your time with this place. TCT in Highland Village is way better customer service.
