The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've seen them operate with a packed office, yet they still maintain their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Jada works the front office and administers medicine as well. Her knowledge of her job and steadyness of her hands make every appointment pleasant. Alonzo is the P.A. in the office and he has a caring and compassionate heart. I've never felt rushed by him and whole heatedly trust his medical advice and direction.
If you or your family members have been seen at ANY of these centers within the Austin Metropolitan Area, please go get tested for COVID19. ALLEGEDLY, a STAFF MEMBER has tested POSITIVE for the COVID 19 virus and was working at several locations. Please inform your family members and friends and get tested IMMEDIATELY. CALL AND DEMAND ANSWERS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Mixed and honest review here. I was a patient for over a year. At first started out OK , being new I didn't know what to expect. I got the impression that it was sort of impersonal but I just took it in stride. Started to feel better so I ran with it. Gave you my exact insurance details, asked multiple times if my specific insurance plan was covered. Reassured it was. Come in, immediately told it isn't covered. You had all my information beforehand. I went through extra steps to make sure everything should work to avoid this, and you STILL waste my time.
