Most people fuss because they don't check their insurance before coming in. It's a facility with real doctors and they do a great job of monitoring your health and levels of testosterone among other things. The staff are great. Easy, clean, friendly.
If you have been seen at this clinic, please go get tested for COVID19. ALLEGEDLY a staff member has a significant other who has tested positive for COVID19, thus putting all other employees and customers at risk. Call this clinic and demand answers. This is unacceptable and is not OK
Posting regarding my husband's experience- His first appointment they drew blood, we paid nearly $100 for the doctor to spend 5 minutes in the room, say "sure we can do this, we'll call you for your next appointment" then rushed out. This clinic constantly had my husband's records and dosages off or had to "re-adjust", going up and down on his dosage but only doing a blood draw twice. The girls are super nice, and friendly, PA are the best always working with my scheduled. There helping me with my sleeping problems.
