Super long wait time 30 to 45 minutes every visit. I have been to two other low t centers and never waited longer than 10 minutes.
I have had nothing but issues with the Low T center from chronically late or no shipments to billing. They refer you to use the app for everything from billing to ordering injections. I asked in office to switch to insurance and was told i would get a call. This was three weeks ago. I submitted a chat help request and ive gotten no response after 12 days. I wish I could give them a 0. I called 7 times over 1 week period with no return phone calls. I had a surgery coming up so I stop my injections till after my surgery. I was trying to contact them seeing I just paid for a month and only received 1 injection. I wanted to make sure I can start back where I left off. After no call back . The doctor there is very thorough very professional does all the appropriate blood work. And is there to help you live a better healthy life she is always checking to make sure your hemoglobin is not got too high and that you're estrogen is where it should be . No other doctor takes the time or does the appropriate blood work like the low t center in leawood Kansas. She even caught an unrelated had nothing at all to do with my therapy there infection that was in my foot from me stepping on something that was sharp. No place ... read more
