Absoloute pathetic company that don't care about their customers one bit. Send items to wrong address n offer no help. Make you wait months for parts they say they have in stock. You cunts are a joke and your sales manager "William" deserves a bullet to the head the maggot. Cancels orders paid in full because they can't get their shit together. All round fucking pathetic company!
I have bought many parts from them never disappointed
Poor service ordered 3 weeks ago still yet to see the part or get a tracking number no one answers the phone or returned my email will never use the company again or recommend them
Paid extra for speedy delivery,and now we're going on 6weeks waiting for my coil springs. This is really screwing with my deadline, not to mention my customer is all in a tizzy he has a trip planned to the black hills in 3 weeks! Hope low range can take care of it soon! Also customer may be a little bit easier to work with if you would throw in a hoodie for him and his wife. JUST A THOUGHT ON HOW TO MAKE IT RITE!
Put an oder on March 20 and 24 days later and counting parts still not in stock. I May not make any more future order's.
