Placed an order for a knuckle rebuild kit. Was sent the wrong products 2 separate times. I called in to have the correct products sent and was being refused service. I then spoke with Steve, a supervisor with the company. He was violent, yelling and threatening. Telling me he had my address from the order I placed, and that he was going to show up to my house unexpected and teach me a lesson. I dont reccomend this company for anything. Dont fall for the fake reviews. It's a terrible company with incompetent employees.
I have called 4 times about my part that I ordered a month ago and each time I call I get lied to. The first time (last week) was my part was almost ready to ship, the next couple times it was that my part was shipping that day and shipping label was created and ready and I would get a tracking number emailed that day. And today call was that it’s now on back order!!! I spoke with kid named Dylan and he told me he was going to call and get an ETA and call me back in an hour. Guess what...??? No call!!!
