Dr. Gupta has been my husband's Dr. for nearly 20 years, and he has done an excellent job taking care of him.

Dr. Was ok. Staff is Ok. The biggest proplem I have with this office is that their time is so valuable the cant answer the phone. The office personnel treat as if You are a Kindergarten student. It to troubling for them to remind you of an appointment. The whole phone system seems so unprofessional.
Spent 5 weeks waiting for them to receive and "approve" the referral sent in by my doctor just so I could call back after waiting for over a month and have them tell me that the doctor "did not accept me as a patient" So I guess this physician picks and chooses who he wants to help and who he doesn't want to help. Most likely it has to be because of my age, race or insurance type, because I sent over my records showing all of my imaging reports, showing my arthritis, showing my midline fissures and clearly need to be seen.
