This is definitely the place you should go if you have any hearing issues or throat issues whatsoever. This is the place to go. Don’t ever go to Charleston ENT. They are definitely not helpful. All they wanna do is surgery and make everything worse than it was.

Kitch is extremely unprofessional and bias, puts false things in your chart, and doesn’t take the time to listen to your concerns. Instead, he happily tells you to come back anytime so he can charge your insurance for a 2 minute visit, and he still acts like you’re inconveniencing him when you’re there crying. Maybe retire? I highly suggest any other ENT
