After a mix-up where the central office dispatched an aerial technician (twice) instead of a garage repairman, the next day the correct person (Dan) arrived, and he was exceptional. Outstanding repair, explained his actions, and a significant asset to the company. Would use again.
I am extremely pleased with the service I got. The call was picked up promptly with a courteous and effective reply to my question. The repairman came on the same day, just a few hours afterward (and I live in the sticks!) Myles was sociable, supportive, delightful, and effective. He changed all the cables for my garage door, applied oil to everything, and offered some advice on maintaining them in good shape. WHAT'S NOT TO APPRECIATE?
