This company took approximately $19,400 from us for flooring, labor, and cabinet installation and delivered nothing. No materials, no completed work, no follow-through. Low Cost Construction has completely stopped responding to all calls and text messages. Their Chandler location is now closed, and their Phoenix location has a sign saying “by appointment only,” yet they are unreachable. We had a very similar experience as the last review. Terrible customer service won’t answer calls or resolve any warranty issues. Wrong cabinets delivered and only 1/2 the order initially. Dropped a pantry cabinet and we agreed to keep it not to delay our project. They substituted a cabinet because one was on back order without asking us. Again we agreed to keep without delaying the project. Now we have 2 drawers that the fronts warped and do not sit flush. Appears we have lost our $30k purchase from this company. Doors are locked and our calls go unanswered. We are halfway through our reno with no kitchen in our home and they do not answer. Chandler location signage is removed and locked for lien by the landlord. Phx location has a sign with a number to call that goes unanswered. We had a very disappointing experience with Low Cost Construction, owned by Dino. In the beginning, Dino was great. He was responsive, came out promptly to take measurements, and agreed to install our cabinets and flooring. Based on that initial professionalism, we felt comfortable ordering directly through his company. Unfortunately, once it came time for delivery and installation, everything fell apart. *FRAUD - I would give zero stars if that were an option. I fully paid for premium, marble-textured countertop slabs, only to later discover those exact slabs had been sold to another customer and replaced with a completely different, solid white slab without my approval. They delayed my installer nearly a month, claiming the slabs were coming from another warehouse.
