I’m not sure how this business has so many positive reviews. I would avoid them at all costs. I called to get a quote and was told $79 for my small 100 sqft bedroom with relatively new carpet. I asked the dispatcher if a credit card was fine for payment and he said yes. I asked a question about moving furniture and he said “I don’t know I’m the dispatcher you can ask the cleaner tomorrow.” It was very rude. The next day three guys arrived to clean my carpet. We made a call, and the next day, we arrived, rescuing us! I was unable to clean the sofa myself in time for an open house, not even with my own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They were able to restore a child-damaged couch to its original condition in only a few hours. Will use once more later on!

Gerald and Andrew arrived promptly in a terrible rain storm at 8 am. They were very professional in actions and manners. I have used this company for decades, and they are still excellent. Punctual, professional, very helpful and work was done in a timely manner. The only one I’d call!
