I had a very disappointing experience with a pair of earrings that I purchased. Once I opened the package, it was extremely difficult to try and close the hoops. I attempted to close the earrings for close to 20 minutes. I decided to return them, assuming they were faulty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was far from helpful. Good jewelry at affordable prices. Piercing is very detailed and the information the team gives you is super helpful! A very pleasant overall experience! Exchange and return policy is very considerate.

Disappointed! FYI: 1. The store doesn't have receipt paper to print your receipt. 2. They claim and pretend to email you a receipt, but after repeating your email 3 times and spelling it out 3 times, I never received a receipt. 3. They don't do refunds or exchanges and apparently they expect you to know this from their website. Incompetent workers. Disappointed by the terrible and poor customer service. Lost my money.
