Niyah was truly wonderful, patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the different types of jewelry. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Even though I gave her a hard time trying to get me pierced, she handled it so well.

Gave 2 stars because the store is soo girly and cute, makes you excited to shop! Got excited walking by but was not greeted upon entering. I work in retail so very adamant about customer service. The girl looked right at me then went right back to her phone, while leaning over the counter. Never approached or offered help and I was the only one in the store. I guess she was more interested in whatever was in her phone than selling 🤷🏽‍♀️ so I walked right back out.

Bought a cartilage stud there and it gave my ear an infection and turned it green!! My piercing is healed so I’m guessing it’s the quality of the titanium even though I paid $20 for the earring

I had a very disappointing experience with a pair of earrings that I purchased. Once I opened the package, it was extremely difficult to try and close the hoops. I attempted to close the earrings for close to 20 minutes. I decided to return them, assuming they were faulty. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was far from helpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, a staff member emphasized that they had sold many of these particular earrings without issues.
