I shop here every time I go to the mall! Everyone has always been so pleasant, very helpful, always welcoming! The store is clean and tidy. Great prices, always a fun variety of jewelry from nose, belly, ear, flat bars, to necklaces and rings! I just love this store!!!
Love the jewelry not so much the employees. Was told my mother and I couldn't get a receipt if we didn't give them an email address. The jewelry isn't expensive I said fine I just won't have a receipt. Went to a different Lovisa store in Maryland and got a receipt. Told the employees there what happened they said huh what. No that's not our policy we have to give you a receipt we would never hold your receipt hostage.
