These two hijabis pierced my ears it turned out amazingggg
The two hijabi girls were super helpful and made sure I had a great experience.
I went to go get my ears pierced and the girl who was piercing my ears wasn’t patient with me at all. She wasn’t the nicest either and she just got really annoyed with any question we tried to ask her. Would not go there to get ears pierced again because of their customer service. Don’t get me wrong, their jewelry is cute and I do buy it, just don’t get your ears pierced there.
Visited today. Very nice jewelry, but seems to be understaffed. One person working and she was busy piercing someone. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I was ready to check out. I ended up not buying anything. I feel like common decency would’ve been to at least acknowledge me and ask me to give her 5 minutes or however long it takes to pierce someone. Maybe hire more people? Also overheard her speaking very condescendingly to an Indian customer who was checking out.
If i could rate lower than a one i would. I had a very disappointing experience at your location today. I waited at the checkout line for nearly an hour with no assistance. The employee working the closing shift—who I believe was managing the register—did not check me out and seemed distracted, which made the situation even more frustrating.
