I have recently came into this lovisa as a new location for me considering I am not from around the area, in wanting to browse all of the beautiful jewlery peices they have to offer compared to other locations I have been to. Pretty jewelry but the cashier was rude as hell to my friend and her dad for wanting a separate bag. Unnecessary. Don’t work there if you can’t handle a simple task without catching an attitude.
Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare
