This was my second time visiting Toronto and my friend wanted to look at some accessories. We ended up at this store and everyone was so helpful. Customer service is great here, I was looking for some add ons for my earrings and this lovely employee named Washma was so helpful and kind!
Great experience getting my helix piercing—friendly, professional staff and a nice selection of earrings and studs.
The place is very good. Staff is super professional. The girl Sneha did my piercing, it was my first piercing and was too scared. But she made me comfortable and did my piercing very courteously. I will must recommend this place.
Staff are very friendly and nice! I've come in a few times and Faheema and Tiffany were very sweet and helpful ☺️ not too sure about getting pierced here but as far as the staff go my experience was wonderful. They have some nice jewelry pieces as well and their sales are great.
