I had a really uncomfortable experience here, which was disappointing because I was genuinely excited to shop. A girl with a short black bob was incredibly dismissive and rude, and her attitude when answering my questions made me feel very unwelcome. The interaction felt unnecessarily condescending. I ended up purchasing just one item and leaving. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my impression of the store and made me hesitant to return.

If you are a fan of cute, good quality accessories for an affordable price, then Lovisa is the way! Ever since they opened the Markville location, I had been a regular customer. There is a huge selection of jewelry, and all the staff members are very passionate and willing to help customers.
